OpenROAD 6.2
OpenROAD 6.2, the latest version, is available for Windows today and being rolled out for Linux and Unix. It extends UTF-8 support added in the Windows-only 6.0 release to UNIX/Linux. This functionality enables applications to seamlessly reach global markets. OpenROAD 6.2 has been comprehensively enhanced to make application development easier and provide an unprecedented level of control over the application user interface. The new Property Changer takes the pain out of giving existing applications a fresh, modern look and feel.
OpenROAD 6.2 users will also be able to use Loadnrun. Loadnrun is a new easy-to-deploy option providing live updates for your Windows OpenROAD applications. Loadnrun was designed to ease migration to new releases of OpenROAD and new versions of user applications without disturbing existing deployment environments. Loadnrun allows installation and administration of software and applications from a central, administrative location.
