WARNING: Upgrade patches should not be used to patch an existing 11.0 installation.
An Upgrade Patch is an installable distribution built at the same level as the equivalent Ingres patch. The result of installing this Upgrade Patch is the same as installing the Base Release and the equivalent Patch. This Upgrade Patch can be used to upgrade directly from a previous version of Ingres to Ingres 11.0 and will contain installer fixes that are not available in the Base Release.
To activate the Ingres 11.0 Evaluation Edition please obtain an Eval license from your account manager or send a request to Sales_IngresDB@actian.com. Information on the new licensing and a training presentation can be found here.
